If you need to issue your customer with a refund, you will need to do this via PayPal or Stripe, depending on which service was used to make the payment.
Once the refund has been processed you can log this in the Reservation Manager by following these steps:
- Go the Reservations section of your account by clicking Reservations in the top menu bar.
- Click Edit next to the reservation you wish to update.
- Click Manage Payments.
- Click Add Refund.
- Enter the refund details.
- Click Save.
