We recently launched Phase 1 of our own fully integrated reservation manager and online booking system to a select few customers that would like to take part in Beta testing.
If you would like to take part in our beta testing program and have phase 1 of the reservation manager and booking system added to your account, get in touch. You can click the link below to send us an email and let us know.
If you're not sure what Beta means in relation to software, or you're not sure what's expected of you if you take part, please see 'What does Beta testing mean?' at the bottom of this page.
Please note, there will be a small additional charge of £30 per year for certain aspects of the Reservation Manager, which has yet to be fully determined, but we will make all customers aware with notice.
What's included in Phase 1?
This initial Phase 1 release allows you to manage your reservations (add, edit, delete and set different statuses) and request deposits and balance payments by email, via a secure online booking page. Both Stripe and PayPal can be used as payment processors.
What's planned for Phase 2?
Phase 2 is currently in development, but when released it will allow potential guests to input their chosen dates on your PromoteMyPlace website and get a quote. They will also be able to send a booking request to you, or book instantly - depending on how the system has been setup by you.
What does Beta testing mean?
Beta software refers to software that is undergoing testing and has not yet been officially released. It's essentially a phase of testing by users on live websites. When using the new functionality, we simply ask that you give us any constructive feedback you may have, to allow us to make any adjustments necessary before we release it to all customers.
