If you’ve added a link to your 3rd party availability calendar within your PromoteMyPlace website but when testing it on your live site, it’s downloading a file instead of displaying the calendar on your website, chances are you’ve embedded the iCal link, which PromoteMyPlace does not support.

You will need to ask your 3rd party listing site/booking software provider for a different URL link to your calendar, or the HTML code, which you can then embed into your site by following the instructions here:
