Please follow these instructions to extend a reservation that has already been paid:
- Edit the reservation:
- Extend the dates. This will calculate the remaining balance that's outstanding.
- Change the status to ‘Final Payment Requested’.
IMPORTANT: Do not send the email to request the balance because the link will not work.
- View the Reservation and select ‘Manage Payments’:
- Select ‘Request Interim Payment’ and enter the amount owed manually.
- Edit the email as you see fit and send it the guest.
This will provide the balance due to the guest and allow them to make payment.
