Unfortunately at around midday today (7th April) we experienced a server failure which has resulted in our hosting company having to rebuild everything from our backups. We are working with the hosting company to resolve this issue as a matter of urgency and we hope to have everything back online very soon.
At the moment we are still unsure what happened, but we are concentrating on getting the websites back online as quickly as possible. We will receive a full incident report from the hosting company once the problem has been resolved and we will update you once we know more.

We can now confirm that the new server is up and running and the service has been back online since 1:50am. We are still awaiting the incident report and will update all customers later today.
