We can now confirm that the migration will take place Wednesday 28th August from 9pm until 11pm (GMT). During this time you will not be able to login to your PromoteMyPlace website to make changes, but your website will remain online for visitors to view.
If you are using an A record to point your domain name to your PromoteMyPlace website, on Thursday 29th August or sometime soon after you will need to login to the control panel for your domain name provider and update the IP address of the A Record to 126.96.36.199
IMPORTANT: Please do not update your domain name settings until we have confirmed that the migration was successful
We expect there to be minimal disruption to the service, but if you do experience any issues, please get in touch via the support system.
