To set up a multiple property website go into 'Website Basics' when logged into your PromoteMyPlace account and click into 'Multiple Property Website?' using the left hand menu:
If you choose 'Standard format' simply enter the details of each accommodation name into the box provided, remembering to click 'Save' when you've added each one:
From here you must add the website pages you wish to include on your website.
Click into 'Website Pages' and using the 'Add New Page' button add each page you would like. You can reorder the pages however you wish by using the 'Reorder Pages' button.
If you choose our 'Listing format' and click 'Save' a new item will be added to the left hand menu 'Property Details Page Section':
Go into this section and add the property sections you wish to include.
Then continue on to choose the website main menu pages you wish to include. Click into 'Website Pages' and using the 'Add New Page' button add each page you would like. You can reorder the pages however you wish by using the 'Reorder Pages' button.
TIP: With the listing style format it might be a good idea to decide on which sections you wish to include on your Property Details Page before deciding which main menu items you'd also like to include (since obviously if you decide to include a Local Area section to your Property Details page, you won't need to include that on the main menu as well).
