How to create a footer menu that is different to the main menu

The PromoteMyPlace system automatically duplicates the main menu in the footer menu unless you over-ride this functionality.

You may decide you want additional menu items that then increase your main menu size too much and opt to place the less important items in to a footer menu.

To create your own footer menu, simply follow the instructions below:

1. When logged into your account click into 'Website Basics' / 'Website Pages'
2. Next to the page(s) you'd like to move from the main menu into the footer menu click on 'Settings' 
3. Select option 'Footer Menu'

• Click 'Save'.
• This will then override the default setting and start creating your own be-spoke footer menu. For each item you want placed in the footer simply replicate the above process.
