How to approve, edit & delete guestbook comments/reviews/testimonials

To approve a recent guestbook comment, simply log into your PromoteMyPlace account and follow the instructions below:

• Click into 'Edit Website Content'
• Click into 'Guestbook' using the left hand menu
• Scroll down the page to the 'Guest comments' section
• Any new comments will be highlighted in yellow
• You can choose to 'Edit entry'*, 'Delete Entry' or 'Approve Entry':

 

• Click 'Save changes'

NB: If you decide to edit the entry, it would be advised to go back to your guest to get them to approve your edit before saving to the live site.
