If you have a badge you wish to add to your website, such as an award or listing site, you can add it within the Widgets section.
In Widgets, tick the box next to Badges. Then go into Widget Settings and scroll down the page until you come to the Badges section, then you have two options:
Option 1:
If you've been provided the image, then upload it using the Simple format:
Click the Upload Image button, if the image isn't already within your image manager, find it on your computer and upload to the image manager before adding to your badges section.
If you want the image to be clickable to an external website, simply add the URL into the Badge Link field provided.
Then click Save Changes.
Option 2:
If you have been provided HTML code rather than an image, select the Advanced format:
In the Badge Html field provided, enter the code and click Save Changes.
NOTE: It's best to copy any code into a plain text document first before adding to your website, this ensures that no other formatting is pulled across which could result in your badge not displaying and / or the link not working.
Your badge will now display in the Badges section as well as in the side column on most pages of your website.
NOTE: We advise testing all links after adding new badges to ensure they work correctly.
How To Remove a Badge
Option 1: To remove all of the badges on your website, simply go to the Widgets section and un-tick the box next to Badges.
Option 2: In Widgets > Widget Settings , scroll down to the Badges section and click the 'delete' button next to the badge that you want to remove.
