The main thing is to make sure the images you have are the best quality you can - poor picture quality can be a real turn off for your website visitors.
The system allows you to upload an image up to 6MB, however we do not recommend uploading any at this size as it will greatly reduce the time it takes for your site to download onto your website visitor's computer. We suggest that you compress the images before uploading. You can do so, using this online tool: http://compressjpeg.com/
Header Photo: This could be reduced to a maximum of 1200px wide before uploading (height reduced to match dependent on aspect ratio). If exporting using photoshop or another graphics package you could try reducing the quality slightly too, to 80% or less, to see if it is acceptable.
Page Photos: We'd also recommend page photos to be reduced to 1200px wide before uploading (height reduced to match dependent on aspect ratio) so when clicked on, they do not appear blurry. Again, if exporting using photoshop or another graphics package you could try reducing the quality slightly too, to say 80% or less, to see if it is acceptable.
