If you are having problems uploading images to your website it could be because you are trying to upload images with the same file names as images that have already been uploaded.
Check the error message. Close the main error message (shown above) by clicking ‘Ok’.
You can then hover over the link that says ‘Error’ next to each of the images that failed to upload, to check the upload status of each.
If it says “Target file exists” (as above) it means that you have already uploaded images with the same name as the ones that failed. Rename the files that failed on your computer and try uploading them again.
If you get a different error message please take a screenshot showing the error message (https://promotemyplace.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/216230283) and send it to us via a support ticket so we can look into it for you.
Try clearing your browser's cache
If you're still experiencing difficulty and it's not with the error message above, it could be a simple caching issue with your internet browser, so you will need to clear your browser cache and try again.
To do this please follow the instructions here which details the instructions for all browsers: Clear Browser Cache
