The first thing to do is check your Spam / Junk folder in your email client (Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc) to make sure it's not gone in there.
We'd also recommend adding our email address to your list of safe senders / trusted contacts: theteam@promotemyplace.com
If you're still not receiving email notifications, log in to your PromoteMyPlace account, then go into the 'Edit Website Content' section and check that the email address you have entered for the Enquiries page is correct.
Once you've checked all the above, send yourself a test enquiry from your website to see if a notification comes through.
