There are a few reasons why the rates table may not save or accept the information you are adding such as:
- You're entering a currency symbol in with the rate: This is not necessary as you can select your preferred currency rate using the dropdown menu above the main rates table:
- You're entering decimal points in to your rates: The system does not accept decimal points. Therefore please round up or down your rate to the nearest whole number.
- You're entering special characters: The system does not accept any special characters.
NB: If you enter whole numbers only, the rates table should save and update correctly.
