If you've entered your mobile phone number into the 'My Enquiries' area of your website (found in the top horizontal menu) but aren't receiving your text notifications, then it could be because you've not entered your mobile number correctly.
The format for entering your mobile number is:
- Country Code
- Remove the first '0' from your standard mobile number
- Add the rest of your mobile number
For example if your UK mobile number is: 07985123456
You would enter: 447985123456 as shown in the visual below:
Then don't forget to click 'Save'.
Finally, we'd always suggest sending a test enquiry through to yourself via the contact form to ensure you receive the SMS text alert.
