Occasionally, you might see strange referrals appearing in Google Analytics for your website. These are usually a result of spam-bots or spammers visiting or placing Ghost Referrals on your website and they are not good for your analytics.
We may be able to block some of them if you contact us with the name of the spammer/spam-bot. But unfortunately, the majority of sites that show up in your Google Analytics are known as 'Ghost Referrals'. And these don't actually visit your website, they just trick your analytics into thinking that they did. And if the bot isn't actually visiting your website, we can't block them.
But the good news is you can do something about it yourself easily enough.
The blog article link below walks you through the process step-by-step:

You'll need to keep checking your analytics and update the list of SPAM referrals as and when you discover more, but this will stop them from appearing in your results.
