Whilst it's not possible to transfer your website from PromoteMyPlace to another host, if you use your own domain name you do have full ownership and control of that.
So, you can create a new website on that domain on a different host if you wish to do so.
You are free to copy the content from your PromoteMyPlace website to your new website; you just cannot copy the design of the website.
