How to Add Captions/Call to Action to Header Images

For each of the photos in your header image section you can now add a caption. This optionally consists of a heading, sub heading and a 'call to action' in the form of a button. You can use this to entice your website visitors to click through to other pages of your website.

To add a caption to your header image simply follow the instructions below:

Go to Choose & Customise Template.
Select Edit Header Image from the left-hand menu.
Click Header Image Options.

Click Caption.

Enter your Call to Action Text, Link and Description (if required).

Note: You must include the full URL in the Call To Action Link field, including ‘http://’ at the beginning.

Please Note: Captions are only available when using the 'Slideshow' header image option. Follow this link for instructions on how to change the image header display to a different setting.
