PMP 2: How to sync (synchronise/synchronize) your PMP calendar with other sites using iCAL

How to export your PromoteMyPlace calendar for import into a 3^rd party calendar

If you want to sync your PMP calendar with external listing sites such as HomeAway, Airbnb and FlipKey, or with your Google Calendar, you can export it as iCal.

• Log into your PMP 2 account and head to PROPERTIES:
  
• Next head to AVAILABILITY:
  
• Scroll down under the calendar until you find the iCAL section. Copy your personal calendar URL that appears in the iCAL EXPORT field (shown below as a blue placeholder box):
  
• Paste the link into the relevant section of your chosen 3rd party provider.

How to import your 3^rd party calendar to your PromoteMyPlace calendar

You can import your 3^rd party calendar by following these instructions:

• Login to your 3^rd party calendar account and copy the link to your calendar in ICAL format.
  
  
• Login to your PromoteMyPlace account and go to PROPERTIES > AVAILABILITY and scroll down under the calendar until you find the 'ICAL Import' section. 
  
  
• Click the ADD NEW ICAL IMPORT button:
  
• Enter the URL of theICAL feed to import in the relevant field. Choose whether the end date of the reservations that are being imported is the checkout day, or if the end date is the last night of the booking. (Please note: This depends on how your 3rd party calendar works.)
  
  
• Click the CREATE ICAL IMPORT button to confirm iCAL feed.
