Yes, you can use PromoteMyPlace to create a non-holiday related business assuming you can easily customise it accordingly using our existing templates and functionality.
We do already have customers using PromoteMyPlace for non-holiday rental businesses, but one thing we do inform them of, is that we will not make any system updates to assist if they have no relevance to holiday rental website as well.
Otherwise, you can easily create custom pages using our system - rather than using the standard pages available which may have no relevance - and create your new site that way.
