If you see an error with the code 11068 like the one above, this typically means that your PayPal seller account is restricted and preventing you from receiving payments.
New PayPal accounts can be restricted for a certain period of time until you complete the necessary PayPal authorisation.
You might also see an error if you’re trying to use the same PayPal account to sell and pay for the booking.

If that doesn’t resolve the issue you can also login to your PayPal seller account to see if there are any notices to suggest what the problem is with your account.
If all else fails, you will need to contact PayPal so that they can resolve this issue for you.
