There are a number of emails that can be automatically sent to the Property Owner/Manager to let you know the status of a reservation that may need some action taken.
This is set up in the Reservations and Online Booking Manager > Notifications
Remaining Balance Due Notification
This email is sent to the Property Owner/Manager daily from 7 days before the balance is due on a reservation until the reservation status is updated.
Remaining Balance Overdue
This email is sent to the Property Owner/Manager daily for every reservation where the balance is overdue until the reservation status is updated.
This email is sent to the Property Owner/Manager on the day the rental has completed to enable you to return the security deposit or ask for a review, etc.
