When trying to enter a new reservation via the Reservation Manager or Book Now widget, you may occasionally come across an error that prevents you from saving the reservation.
Before contacting our support team, please troubleshoot your error by following the instructions below:
1. Login to your PromoteMyPlace account.
2. Navigate to Section 3 - Edit Website Content > Availability and check that the correct change over days (weekly) and nightly break days (daily) are selected.

3. Navigate to Section 3 - Edit Website Content > Rates and ensure that there is a rate band for the dates you're trying to book.
If the dates overlap rate bands, also check that the respective rate bands overlap by one day.

3b. Note that if the dates you're trying to book are longer/shorter than a week, check that you've also included weeknight/weekend night rates for that rate period.
