Follow these guidelines to help ensure that your header images display correctly on your website.
1. We recommend reducing the size of the images to 1200 pixels wide before uploading to your image manager. Instructions on how to resize your images can be found here: https://promotemyplace.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/216229823-Resizing-your-photos-for-upload-to-your-website
1a. There is no set height for the header image and it is your choice as to how tall you want to make it. However, please note that landscape images do generally work better than portrait images.
2. You will likely need to crop part of your image when uploading it to the header image section of your website. Instructions on how to do this can be found here: https://promotemyplace.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/216229783-How-to-crop-your-website-header-image
2a. When cropping multiple header images, the shape of the crop area is determined by the 1st image you upload and crop. This is so that the images are all the same size when viewed. Therefore the 1st image determines the aspect ratio of the crop on all the other images.
