Occasionally, if you enter your website name into google i.e. ‘My Holiday Let’ you might see other pages of your website showing and not your homepage.
This could be an issue with indexing, so the first step would be to check that your entire website has been indexed by Google by entering “site:yourdomainname.com” into Google.
This will then show you a list of all of the pages indexed by Google.
If your website pages aren’t showing, you’ll need to resubmit your sitemap to Google. Instructions to do this can be found here: https://promotemyplace.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/216229923-How-to-submit-an-XML-sitemap-to-Google-Search-Console-Bing-Webmaster-Tools
However, if all of your website pages are showing, your website has been correctly indexed and there’s nothing for you to worry about.
This is simply a case of Google deciding that the results in front are more authoritative or better optimised at this stage.
It's just a case of doing as much SEO as you can - optimising pages and getting links pointing to your site from related websites. More information to help you improve your SEO can be found here: https://www.promotemyplace.com/blog/series/search-engine-optimisation-for-holiday-rental-owners
