Manage rental rates

From the ‘Property’ Dashboard, select ‘Rates’

Enter any intro text if required and select ‘Save’

To enter a rate, select ‘Add New Rate Band’

Enter the details for the rate band

Select ‘Create Rate Band’

The rate band is created. 

NOTE: when adding the next rate band, dates must overlap for the system to be able to calculate rates and update availability calendar correctly. For example:

1st June -30th June 2024 | X RATE

30th June - 1st Sept 2024 | X RATE

1st Sept - 18th Oct 2024 | X RATE

Etc. 

RATE BAND COLUMN DISPLAY

If you do not want to display a weekly rate or a monthly rate or a nightly rate, or perhaps you don't need the description column displayed, you can choose to HIDE certain rate columns.

To do this, click on the OPTIONS dropdown arrow and select SHOW/HIDE COLUMNS

A popup box will appear and you can untick any columns you do not wish to display on your rates table:

CURRENCY SETTING

Select the currency from the drop down list

Select the rental basis from the dropdown list

Select whether the Currency Converter will be shown

Enter any rental notes is required and select ‘Save’

To amend a rate band, select the rate band to change and select ‘Actions’

Select ‘Edit’

Make any changes required and press ‘Save Changes’

To delete a rate band, select the rate band to change and select ‘Actions’

Select ‘Delete’

A pop up box will appear asking if you are sure, select ‘Yes, I’m Sure’

The rate band will be removed
