From the ‘Property’ Dashboard, select ‘Availability’
Enter any intro text required and select ‘Save'
If you are not using a 3rd party calendar, the PromoteMyPlace calendar can be updated by selecting the start date from the drop-down
Select the end date
Select the Status from the dropdown
Select ‘Set Status’
To set the change over days, select ‘Set Change Over Days’
Select the change over day(s) for your property
Enter any nightly breaks for your property.
Nightly break days allow your guests to book to stay on any night of the week selected. But, two things will override this functionality:
- Your check in day - if you only allow a Friday check in that Friday check day will override the possibility of a guest trying to book a Monday and Tuesday night, for example.
- Your minimum stay - if you have a 3 night, 5 night, weekly minimum stay associated with a particular rate band, guests are unable to book just one night, regardless of selecting all days under the Nightly Break Days
Then click Save
