From the ‘Property’ Dashboard, select ‘Availability’
Enter any intro text required and select ‘Save
If you are not using a 3rd party calendar, the PromoteMyPlace calendar can be updated by selecting the start date from the drop-down
Select the end date
Select the Status from the dropdown
Select ‘Set Status’
To set the change over days, select ‘Set Change Over Days’
Select the change over day(s) for your property
Enter any nightly breaks for your property.
Nightly break days are only applicable if you allow your guests to book for just a one-night break, or a break over consecutive nights, but is something other than a weekly rate or a custom break type.
Therefore, if you set up nightly break days in your system, you are allowing guests to book one or X number of consecutive nights, which the system will then calculate based on the nightly rate of the day that you've input.
