If we've recently transferred your old website content to your website on the new system, you might find that some text sections are not editable.

If you are finding, even after following those instructions, that you are unable to edit certain text blocks on certain pages it could have been caused by a slight data issue during the import of your website.
Unfortunately, there is no blanket fix that we can apply to automatically resolve this.
However, the good news is that we can resolve this for you quickly if you get in touch and let us know which pages and sections are affected.
