Unavailable Status?

Would it be possible to have an 'unavailable' status?
This could be used if a property is undergoing maintenance or, in our case, for winter months when our beach hut has very few enquiries .

There is an 'unavailable' status on the availability calendar and a 'blocked' status for the reservation manager.
