Multi property emails detailing directions, check in i structions, key codes

I have to paste in the personalised details of each cottage to the final payment received email. Could each property on a multi property website have its own emails ?

 Or at least one extra email/status for sending check in info ? 

I have tried creating a property page covering this but that means the guest has to go look it uo instead if getting it in the email.

  Agreed we could really do with a status that indicates an approaching check in date & triggers a corresponding email to send out arrival instructions

  I'd love this feature to be added, especially if a reminder were included to remind me to send the check-in information etc.  It would save so much time.
