Also to state we do not allow pets in cottage would be useful as we get a lot of requests for pets even though it is clear on website. If it was on enquiry form too it might stop requests being sent.

I would like a "number of nights" box added  to the enquiry form which will be useful for short breaks.

My assumption is that this will never happen as it was original raised in October 2013 - over 2 years ago?

I don't see the point in raising anything here - you never get a response - I email direct.

Thanks for all your comments relating to this feature request. Be assured that we do check this forum and take into consideration all customer comments on a regular basis, even if we do not respond directly to the tickets.

The intention of this request forum is for our customers to post and discuss their needs - the voting system on the forum helps with this - and we then take those ideas to prioritise into our development schedule, assuming we feel it will be beneficial to the majority of our customers. And in fact, many customer suggestions have already been released without necessarily being formally announced.

However, our pressing priority was to upgrade the entire PromoteMyPlace framework, which means greater flexibility for both our customers and the development team i.e. future system enhancements will become easier and quicker to roll out.

This behind-the-scenes update has now been released. The next phase is to release responsive versions of existing templates, along with two new template options. These are in final testing due for release very soon.

Once completed we will start on customer specific requests and our own development ideas, these will be rolled out as quickly as possible after development and thorough testing.

But to reiterate, these requests and comments are very helpful to us - particularly when we see other customers are interested in a similar thing based on the votes a request receives - and is something we don't get from individual emails.

I would also like to add a request regarding the multi-property search widget... it would be really useful to be able to add or subtract fields to that as well. For example, we use  an external calendar feed, so the date function in the property search widget  serves no purpose  and we would like to take it out so that people can just search by location and size of party. Is this possible (or will you take it on as a suggestion, please?)

Some changes have been made based on your feedback.

You can choose which fields you want to display on the enquiry form by going to 'Edit Website Content' > 'Enquiries'

You can also specify whether you accept pets and, if you do not, it will show a highlighted message above the form saying so.

Plus we have added a box which shows the number of nights when dates are selected from the calendar, so that the guest can check this is correct before submitting the form.
