Putting availability on home page

PMP have suggested I post this. It is a new feature on an agency website that we use and apparently is absolutely key to holding visitors attention. You have say the next two months availability showing on the home page, these days it is a lot about relatively last minute bookings and short breaks, at least where we are in Scotland. Please support if you think this is a good idea and PMP might be encouraged to add the feature!

It will be possible to search availability from the home page using the 'Book Now' widget, which is part of phase 2 of the reservation manager, soon to be released.

I really want this feature but I have Supercontrol integrated to take instant bookings from my website so the book now widget I presume is not part of this. I have seen so many websites where the search and book button is right there in your face at the top of the page and it really is a great call to action area.

Hi Carol,
Yes, the 'Book Now' widget is part of our own fully integrated reservation management system and will not work with 3rd party booking systems.
However, it is possible to overlay a caption and call to action button on your header images. So you could add a 'Book Now' button there with a link to your booking page.
