Can anyone help with photos that have downloaded upside down / side ways how to flip them back around

I asked support to sort this in the end - keeps happening though - very irritating

This has been resolved but requires you to delete any images with the problem from the image manager, rename them on your PC and upload them again. This is because it is happening during the upload process. The rename of the image is required because the old image will be cached in our content delivery network. Please contact support if you are still having problems.

Mine are on an iPad not PC how will that work?

You'll need to do the same thing but from your iPad.
Alternatively, you can try leaving the old images (that have the issue) in the image manager and uploading one of them again. It should automatically be renamed with a 2 on the end because it already exists. Then you can just remove the one with the issue. If that works you can do the same for the others.

It’s still it’s still doing it. Why does this happen?
