Are you designing an arrival templeate we could use for bookings from 4th July which refer to Covid-19 and gives reassurance about cleanliness and safety?

No, sorry, we have no plans to do this. Whatever measures you are taking to make sure guests remain safe are specific to your accommodation and you will need to outline those on your website yourself.
