    This is causing me major issues. I love the site its really simple and easy to use.

    My issue is sending people quotes is coming up as a provisional booking and therefore blocking those dates out until I remove the quote. I then can’t quote on those dates. 

    On the drop down for Provisional, deposit paid, full payment etc could we have a quote drop down which calculates a quote but doesn’t put it on the Calendar until you click provisional. 

    Also maybe an archive the provisional booking that way you could remove it but re instate it if they choose to go ahead.

    Anyone else have any thoughts?

    We are considering adding a 'Quote' status in a future release. In the meantime, it's already possible to delete and reinstate a booking. You just need to delete it and then, when you want to bring it back, click on the bin icon in the Reservations list (top right) and click 'Restore' next to the booking you want to restore.

    This is what i'm doing at the moment. A booking form with names of guests would be a good addition. We have to have the names of guests for insurance purposes. So i'm having to send an additional booking forms out.

    It's generally best to capture that sort of information after the initial booking because the more complex you make the initial booking process the less likely people are to book. You could send a follow-up email asking for the names of all guests and add them to the notes section on the booking. But by all means, feel free to add it as a separate feature request.

    Hi Louise - I have the same issue re capturing more info for Insurance but following a query to Help was advised to create a Form via Google and add it in as a link in the email. It works well :-)
