Property search

Property search - I have set up the property search,  I have two apartments a one bedroom and a two bedroom, if someone makes a search for a one bedroom only the one bedroom shows up, can I change so both show up in search?

Also when using the property search facility the search bar is on top of my homepage photo but when looking on a mobile phone the photo does not show, is this possible to change?
