Guest Comments/Reviews - Remove the fixed quotation marks

In the Guest Comments every comment gets a default opening and closing quotation mark. These are irritating and don't work well with long reviews, nor do they work with the way I like to present the reviews they are out of place and I cannot delete them.  Can these be removed please, if any one wants them they can add them simply by editing the review.
