AnsweredWould it please be possible to add another reservation status and email template to deal with late reservations made after the date when the final balance payment is normally due.
Under these circumstances, the full cost of the accommodation is required at the time of the reservation and it would be useful to have an email with a payment link for the full amount.
At the moment, I have an edited version of the deposit request email which asks the guest to pay the deposit amount, and informing them that it will be immediately followed by a request for the remaining balance, with a new payment link. This not only looks unprofessional, but is also difficult to implement because i can't send the balance request email until I have changed the status to deposit received.

Status should show something like...Late booking, full payment requested

You should be able to skip the 'Deposit Received' status and set the reservation to a status of 'Final Payment Requested' straight away.
