Is it possible to have an email template for joining instructions please?
I always email the week before arrival with the code to our key lockbox, a reminder of check in and check out times and directions to our property.
Essential information for guests.

Hi Claire, thanks for your suggestion. It's something we will consider for a future enhancement. However those instructions are very personal to each property and you can add your own templates in ''Reservations & Online Booking' > 'Reservation Emails'.
