Extra Charge for Additional Persons over 2,3 or 4 guests
Most booking and reservation systems include the facility to charge for an extra person over 2, 3, or 4 guests. For example, if the base cost of a day at the property, for up to 4 guests, is £100, then it should be possible to specify an additional daily amount (say £10) for a fifth guest, and for a sixth guest etc up to the maximum capacity of the property.
This is particularly useful because it allows the owner to charge for fixed and variable costs (with the first 2,3, or 4 guests) and add the extra variable costs (linen, electricity, water etc.) for the extra guests. The Book Now widget already has a field requesting the total number of guests so this total could be used to help provide this extra functionality.
The following from the BookingSync website:
"List of rates rules available in BookingSync
Additional Person (fixed price per night) > Extra price per night per person above 2 people
This rule should be used if you want to increase your rates for any additional person above the number of guest given in the rule.
Example, if the season rate is 100€ per night, and you set Extra price of 15€ per night per person above 2 people, then the price for 1 or 2 guest will be 100€ per night, for 3 guests, 115€ per night, for 4 guests 130 per night, etc."

Yes - this would be very useful and it is how I have it on my other many booking channels.
Base rate is for up to 10 people - and then each additional person (up to max occupancy of 14) is charged and addtional 20 euros per person per night.
