booking out dates on calendar not using Reservations

I'm trying to grey out provisional dates but can't find an option since switching to use the reservations to book dates out. Is there another way that i am not seeing?

If you set the status of the reservation to 'Provisional/Unconfirmed' those dates should be greyed out on the calendar. Please content support if that's not the case for you.
