Flipping photos

All our photos have been uploaded for over a year and suddenly have flipped.  We have done what support have told us to do but it makes no difference and now half our photos have disappeared.  Has anyone else had that problem and does anyone know how to resolve?

  Related , some photos when upload flip and have to resave to bring them back and delete the original upload
