is there a way to have a 1 booking a week but set change over to friday

Hi new to this

I want a change over day to be Friday only

Off Season , I would like people to book variable number of days minimum of 3 , but if they only book the minimum of 3 then rest of week is blocked out on availability till Friday changeover

Reason for this I have to travel for changeovers, until I find somebody local to do it.
