Customer Support Feb 16 Announcements

We are aware of an issue regarding the currency converter and the discrepancy between currencies when used. 

Therefore, for now we advise removing this functionality from your website by simply unticking the box alongside Show Currrency Converter? when in the Rates page of your website editor.

Our team are investigating alternative 3rd party tools to integrate that do not conflict with our system, and we will make a further announcement once you can use this functionality again.

In the meantime, apologies for any inconvenience and we suggest pointing your website visitors to xe.com for accurate conversions.
