We’re currently experiencing degraded performance for some static content (images, stylesheets) due to an issue with our cloud provider’s content delivery network. Core website functionality remains available. We’re actively monitoring the situation and will update once full service is restored.

We are currently seeing more serious impacts to website functionality. A global outage within Microsoft’s Azure Front Door service is causing websites to load slowly or appear broken.

Update - 29 October, 20:15 GMT
We're seeing clear signs of recovery across affected websites. Pages are loading more consistently, with styling and interactive features returning to normal. Microsoft is continuing to bring infrastructure back online and route traffic through healthy nodes.
We’re continuing to monitor progress closely and will provide a final update once full recovery is confirmed.
Update - 29 October, 20:40 GMT
From what we're seeing, websites are now loading normally again with styling, interactive features, and booking functionality working as expected. While this is a strong sign of recovery, Microsoft has not yet officially confirmed full resolution of the underlying issue with their Azure Front Door service.
We're continuing to monitor the situation closely and will provide a further update once we receive confirmation from Microsoft.
Update - 30 October, 01:00 GMT
Yesterday’s issue affecting website performance and functionality has now officially been resolved.
Between approximately 15:45 and 20:30 GMT, websites on our platform experienced significant issues due to a global outage affecting Microsoft’s Azure Front Door (AFD) service. This resulted in websites loading very slowly or appearing broken - including missing styling, layout problems, and features such as booking widgets not functioning.
Microsoft has since confirmed that the root cause was a configuration error within Azure Front Door, which impacted a large part of their infrastructure. They rolled back the faulty configuration and carried out a phased recovery by gradually restoring services across affected nodes.
Websites on our platform returned to normal by 20:30 GMT, and Microsoft completed their wider recovery work by 00:05 GMT. No further issues have been observed since.
We will now be closing support tickets related to this incident. However, if you’re still experiencing any issues or notice anything unexpected, please do get back in touch and we’ll be happy to look into it.
Thank you once again for your patience and understanding during this disruption.
